Always upgrade your smith for better one-handed weapons, and heavy armour is recommended. Put some points into Magicka till 200 then invest in health and stamina in 50/50 ratio. ![]() Basically it means you are holding one-handed weapon + one magic (usually destruction, but sometimes conjuration - conjuration battle mage is harder to pull off than destruction based in my experience). Some points into Restoration will help for backup.īattle Mage is one that is less commonly seen due to its high difficulty. ![]() Offensively you have Destruction and Conjuration in your arsenal and usually go with either light or no armour. Rush Magicka, but remember to give some points into Health and Stamina as well. 0 perks given to armour, weapons or whatnot. In this build, you ignore everything except magic, really. The most common type is the Pure Mage, who has a good balance of everything. Unfortunately the mental anguish and despair is all RP, I always like to think that the person would slowly descend into madness over time, and you can also have a victim in several different places at once, and just keep doing circuits messing with them, or pile it all onto them in one fell swoop. In Skyrim, there are a few types of Mages - I'll list some of the more common ones here: Pure Mage, Battle Mage, Conjuration Mage, Illusion Mage, Destruction Mage, Restoration/Alteration Mage Following on from the previous, murder people in the hold, place murder weapon in your targets home, or better yet, their personal inventory. Steal items from everyone in that NPC's hold, then start placing these items casually around their home. does this person have any enchanted items? Maybe a ring to boost 1 handed? Steal it, craft an item so it looks exactly the same as the one you have stolen, but enchant it with something else eg 2 handed, but name it the exact same as the one you stole, then put it back in their inventory. From this, there is another option you could take. Steal from them, be it their home, store if merchant, or their person, then simply return the item a few days later. Weak poisons, whilst not enough to kill them would affect them mentally as well as physically as they wouldn't have any explanation for the effects they were feeling. Do they have a love interest? They too need to go. Do they live with their family? They need to be eliminated as soon as possible, why would you want this person to have support in dealing with what you're about to put them through. I like to pick one NPC, and then make their life a living hell, this could be due to a casual line of dialogue your character takes umbrage with, or due to that character being particularly annoying in repeating the same phrase over and over again, so rather than outright kill them, have a little fun with them first. Personally I like to do one thing in particular when doing my evil playthrough. OOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRR.fuck it, go on a psychotic bender of mayhem and blood for shits and giggles.your choice, have fun!!!!! Once you get behind a motive, you will see the character grow. Point is, define your evil person as more than just a bunch of evil traits going on a butchery and mayhem run. Perhaps a spellcaster will do absolutely whatever it takes to become the head of the College, to include murdering all of the competition as they believe they can take the College on a righteous path of domination which is obviously the better thing for all the nonthinking common folk. A solid assassin may be out for hire, but feels he/she is cleansing the world for the better. ![]() ![]() In fact, they see themselves as heroes and justify their evil deeds as knowing and doing what is best for everyone around them. Some of the best Villains do not see themselves as villains at all. Define your motives in a paragraph to yourself. When looking at an RP playthrough, get beyond the 2 dimensional goodguy/badguy.
